We are a dedicated team of health professionals with nearly four decades of experience in public mental health nursing and disability support. Founded by senior mental health nurses, Karen and Freddy, our service is built on compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of NDIS participants.
Alongside our nursing team, we are supported by an experienced Occupational Therapist Kara ensuring a holistic approach to care that promotes independence, well-being, and meaningful community engagement.
Our mission is simple – to provide person-centred, high-quality disability support that empowers you to live life with dignity, choice, and confidence.
